Aim: to enhance the skills of staff of NGOs in the process of providing services to asylum seekers, foreigners, stateless persons, beneficiaries of international protection, undocumented persons from the perspective of a human rights-based approach, respecting the principles of refugee protection, equality and non-discrimination.
