94.6 percent of CDA beneficiaries are very satisfied with the services of the association’s lawyers – show the results of an online survey conducted by the Law Center of Advocates in June-July 2023.
The online survey on the satisfaction of the association’s beneficiaries, in which more than 200 respondents took part, also shows that in more than 68 percent of cases the information presented by the association’s lawyers was very clear and the services provided fully (47.8 percent) or largely ( 49.8 percent) met expectations.
The majority of respondents said that they turned to the CDA for legal advice (74.9%), legal services (44.8%), information on various matters of interest to them (41.4%). 4.9% of beneficiaries turned to the CDA for representation of their interests in court.
Issues related to asylum applications (80.8%) and statelessness (12.3%) were among the top reasons for turning to the Law Centre of Advocates.
In the first half of 2023 alone, CDA lawyers gave 71,225 legal advice to beneficiaries in shelters and local communities.
During the same period, from 1 January to 30 June 2023, the CDA’s team of trainers, as well as other CDA lawyers, delivered over 80 training and outreach activities.
The relevance of the results of the online survey is confirmed by the messages of gratitude and appreciation that CDA lawyers receive from beneficiaries on an ongoing basis.
