The CDA’s mission is to promote respect for fundamental human rights and to provide legal support to refugees, stateless, undocumented persons, foreigners, asylum seekers.
Part of these activities is informing beneficiaries about their rights, the asylum system and forms of protection in the Republic of Moldova, legal assistance provided by Law Centre of Advocates. To this end, CDA lawyers regularly hold information sessions, and prepare and disseminate information materials.
In order to provide informational assistance on several topics related to asylum as a whole and the asylum system in the Republic of Moldova, the forms of protection granted on the territory of our country, the procedure to be followed and support institutions, etc., CDA is in the process of developing 12 social spots.
Eight episodes will be dedicated to legal aid and 4 – will include stories about displaced persons, refugees who settled in the Republic of Moldova, the difficulties they had to overcome and their integration into society.
The sports are being implemented within the framework of the Project “Promotion of adequate, dignified and safe living conditions among the victims of the armed conflict from Ukraine in Ukraine and Moldova”, implemented by HEKS/EPER Moldova, with the financial support of the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), the NACHBAR IN NOT (NiN) Foundation and Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe.
