In a letter of thanks, the head of state expressed her gratitude to the members of the Law Center of Advocates team for “the important work done in recent months and the support provided to refugees in Ukraine”.
“I appreciate the dedication with which you have given your resources, time and energy to help these people – most of them women, children and the elderly, who have moved away from home without their will. You, through generosity, care and openness, offered the refugees a welcoming and warm halt in Moldova, a safe shelter in our country “, the message reads.
The President of the Republic of Moldova noted the “exemplary mobility and organizational capacity” shown by the members of the LCA team. Maia Sandu expresses her conviction that “together we can change our country for the better, build a free, peaceful and prosperous society, a welcoming and warm place, a living corner, where you want to live and build your future”.
The beneficiaries also appreciate the effort made by the employees of the Law Center of Advocates, as evidenced by the children’s drawings from the Patria Lukoil Temporary Placement Center in the capital.
